Mission

Goose's Divine Kitchen & Essentials feeds, clothes, and supports homeless individuals and families throughout Los Angeles County — delivering meals, clothing, and everyday essentials directly to the people who need them, with dignity at the center of every interaction.

About Me

Hi, I'm Shayenne McKnight.

I'm 32 years old, and I believe everyone deserves a warm meal, clean clothes, and to be treated like they matter. I started Goose's Divine Kitchen & Essentials because I couldn't walk past the families and neighbors in my own community going without — I wanted to do something about it.

What began as cooking extra meals and packing a few bags for people I saw on my own streets has grown into an organization with a simple, consistent purpose: show up, meet a real need, and treat every person we serve like family.

So now we cook, we pack, and we show up. This isn't a side project for me — it's personal, and it always will be.
